DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Declaration of consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Art. 7 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
heaI agree that my personal data, namely three names, addresses and email addresses are processed by Olive Boost Ltd. to execute a contract for a purchased good or ordered service, as well as to send information and advertising messages about the products and the services of Olive Boost Ltd.
I give my consent for the period necessary to fulfill the pre-contractual or contractual relationship between me and Olive Boost Ltd., and then for the shorter of:
1) the envisaged period for storage of contract documents in accordance with the tax and accounting legislation of Republic of Bulgaria
or
2) a period of 5 years.
I am informed that I may withdraw my consent at any time by submitting it to health@oliveboost.com and that my request may not be granted if it conflicts with the performance of legal duties by the administrator or the public interest.
